Color corrections are by consultation only. Services exceeding 4 hours will incur $75/hour beyond the standard rate.

Extra Time & Booking Policy
Some services may require additional time. Clients needing extra time will be charged a minimum of $15 for every 15 minutes beyond standard service duration.
Double Booking Policy:
To optimize color processing time, stylists may book another client during your color or highlight processing.
If you prefer a non-double-booked appointment with undivided attention, please request it when scheduling. An additional fee applies for this exclusive booking.
Salon Guidelines
- Children & Visitors:
We love kids — but for safety and relaxation, please ensure little ones are well-behaved during appointments. Guests accompanying you should remain in the waiting area to ensure all clients enjoy a peaceful experience.
- Cancellations & No-Shows:
Please allow 24 hours for cancellations or changes.
Missed appointments will be charged $50 per reserved service before rebooking.
- Payment Methods:
We also accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, AMEX, and Discover. There will be a 2% fee added to all totals when a credit card is used.
- Returns & Redos:
Retail product returns are eligible for store credit only.
Redos must be scheduled within 10 days of your original service and completed by the same stylist at no charge (same service only).
